Over twenty five years of experience in international trade and economic policy; Currently serving on the Department of State’s Advisory Committee on International Economic Policy (ACIEP) and USTR’s Trade Advisory Committee on Africa (TACA); Former service on the President’s Advisory Committee for International Trade Policy and Negotiations; As CEO of Fontheim International, LLC, advises international companies concerning various matters of international trade, corporate social responsibility and public policy;  Chairman, Democratic Leadership Council’s Project on the New Global Economy; Board member of: Alliance to End Hunger, New Democrat Network, Securing America’s Future Energy (SAFE), The Blue Fund.

Katrin Kuhlmann, President
Leading policy development on trade policy and capacity building matters and educating opinion leaders in NGOs, businesses and government on these issues; Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University School of Law; Formerly Senior Vice President for Global Trade at the Women's Edge Coalition; Testified before Congress; Frequently invited to speak and write on matters of international economic development and trade policy; As Director for Eastern Europe and Eurasia at USTR (1999 – 2005), played key role in developing and coordinating U.S. trade policy with Russia, Eastern Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia; Formerly in private practice at Dewey Ballantine LLP (Washington, D.C.) and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom LLP (New York); Graduate of Harvard Law School and Creighton University.

Shamarukh Mohiuddin, Director
Working with opinion leaders in NGOs, businesses and government on trade policy, capacity building and corporate social responsibility matters; Former Research Associate at the Progressive Policy Institute working on policy development on trade, foreign affairs, environment and energy; Author of policy reports and journal articles cited in the press; Past work experience at the Council on Foreign Relations, World Bank (Bangladesh) and the International Budget Project; Bachelor of Arts degrees in International Affairs and Economics from the University of Maine; Outstanding Student Leader Award; Fluent in Bengali and Hindi.

Shannon Keating, Administrative Coordinator
Coordinating GlobalWorks programs, projects and events on trade policy, capacity building and corporate social responsibility; As Former Programs Associate at the Save Darfur Coalition, helped plan and execute high profile events and campaigns; Previous work as a Government Relations Associate for Citizens for Global Solutions, tracking and researching legislation such as the Clean Water Act and analytical articles for publication; Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies with a concentration in Economics from Austin College, Texas.
